Real estate mediation requires a solid understanding of the purchase contract and the ability
to ask the right questions to get to the core of the dispute. Often an underlying component of
the problem is a breakdown in communication. My mission is to help the parties come to an
informed and agreeable resolution so they can move beyond the conflict.
$1,500 for a one-day Mediation. Includes review of all documents, answering all pre-mediation
questions, travel time and conference rooms.
Fluent in English.
Spanish, Chinese and Armenian interpreting paid services available, upon request.
Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
For Ventura and San Diego Counties there may be an additional travel fee.
