STATEMENT

Real estate mediation requires a solid understanding of the purchase contract and the ability
to ask the right questions to get to the core of the dispute. Often an underlying component of
the problem is a breakdown in communication. My mission is to help the parties come to an
informed and agreeable resolution so they can move beyond the conflict.

FEES

$1,600 for a one-day Mediation. Includes review of all documents, answering all pre-mediation
questions, travel time and conference rooms.

LANGUAGES

Fluent in English.  
Spanish, Chinese and Armenian interpreting paid services available, upon request.
